The data populating this form is provided by Maintbook (if applicable); else the tab remains blank.
To access the Service Tab:
From the Master Menu, select the Maintenance Control option and Company required.
The Maintenance Control Menu is displayed.
Select the Maintenance Control option.
The Maintenance Control form is displayed.
Select the 
icon.
The Fleet Global Search form is displayed.
Select the required vehicle record for which the approval is to be issued.
Select the Service Tab.
Service Tab Group:
Service Profile: The variant code, The manufacturer's recommended service plan is driven by the vehicle variant record.
Mileage/Time Service Grid Option Buttons: The grid displays the service details in either a time or mileage dependent format. The correct radio/option button should be selected.
Standard: The mileage or time interval supplied by Maintbook.
Type: The odometer or time measurement.
Code: Manufacturer's service code.
Extra Time: Denotes any extra time built in to the service for the correction of other faults.
Oil Filter: A tick denotes whether a replacement is included in the service.
Fuel Filter: A tick denotes whether a replacement is included in the service.
Air Filter: A tick denotes whether a replacement is included in the service.
Pollen Filter: A tick denotes whether a replacement is included in the service.
Spark Plugs: A tick denotes whether fitting is included in the service.
