The Spec Tab is accessed via the top section of the Maintenance Control form and is used to review the full vehicle specification details of the selected maintained vehicle.
The Tab simply consists of a grid containing a row for the vehicle itself and each of the specification items on that vehicle.. The information is shown in summary format. For an extended analysis of the specification items a single-left-click on any specification item row enables this item to be reviewed in full via the Technical Details form.
The information displayed for each specification item is as follows:
Spec Description: A full description of the vehicle or specification item on the vehicle.
Warranty Expiry Date: The expiry date of the warranty on the vehicle or vehicle specification item. This is particularly useful for commercial vehicles or for cars that have complicated specification items.
Maintenance Contractor: The third party contractor with whom the maintenance contract has been taken out on the vehicle or vehicle specification item. This is particularly useful for commercial vehicles or for cars that have complicated specification items.
Mnt Ct End Date: The contract end date on the third party maintenance contract taken out on the vehicle or vehicle specification item. This is particularly useful for commercial vehicles or for cars that have complicated specification items.
