CALIBRATE VEHICLE SCHEDULE

Overview

This screen is accessed via Maintenance Control / Service Schedules / Vehicle Schedules / Individual Vehicle and selection of the ??? icon or Set Vehicle Calibration from the Tools menu.

The Calibrate Vehicle Schedule form is displayed which enables the original vehicle service schedule interval to be re-calibrated from its existing interval type to a new interval type. For example, the schedule item may originally be calibrated at odometer service intervals in miles but may need to be re-calibrated to odometer service intervals in kilometres.

The screen is split into three areas. These are the Titlebar, the Calibrate Vehicle Schedule Dialogue Box and a series of Command Button at the bottom of the screen.

Title Bar

In addition to displaying the screen name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons.

Calibrate Vehicle Schedule Dialogue Box

Contains a Calibration Code Table that contains the following currently valid codes:

The service interval is calibrated in hours.

The service interval is calibrated in kilometres.

The service interval is calibrated in miles.

Command Buttons

The list of command buttons is as follows:

Having highlighted the required code this command button confirms the selection.

A small sub-form is then displayed containing the following menu options:

Returns to the Calibrate Vehicle Schedule screen enabling a new calibration code to be selected.

Recalibrates the vehicle schedule to the newly selected calibration type (where ??? is the calibration type that is selected).

Exits the Calibrate Vehicle Schedule screen and returns to the previous screen without taking any action.

Exits the Calibrate Vehicle Schedule screen and returns to the previous screen without taking any action.
