Selection of this Advanced Search command button from the Service Schedule Template Headers form calls the Advanced Search form that enables all template headers matching the vehicle selection criteria to be displayed.
Note: It is possible to create more than one template with the same vehicle profile; in this circumstance the system prompts with a menu of matching templates found.
The form is split into three areas. These are the Titlebar, the Advanced Search Dialogue Box and the column of Command Buttons at the bottom of the form.
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons.
Displays a number of details relating to the Service Schedule Template Header, which enable a search of all template headers matching the vehicle selection criteria:
The specific manufacturer code (e.g. FO for which the Service Schedule Template Header is applicable.
Note: If this field is left blank then the service schedule is then applicable to ALL FRANCHISE CODES i.e. a Global catch-all template.
A single-left-click of the ellipsis button (...) immediately to the right of this field displays a Franchises List Box that enables the appropriate franchise code (e.g. FO Ford) to be specified. Having selected the required code by highlighting with the mouse, the OK command button is used to confirm this selection and return to the Service Schedule Template Headers form. The scroll bar to the right of the form may be used to locate franchise codes which cannot be immediately displayed within the first eighteen codes on the initial page.
The specific model code (e.g. ESCORT) for which the Service Schedule Template Header is applicable.
Note: If this field is left blank then the service schedule is then applicable to ALL MODEL CODES.

The specific vehicle variant code (e.g. F0001135) for which the Service Schedule Template Header is applicable.
Note: If this field is left blank then the service schedule is then applicable to ALL VARIANT CODES.
