The Copy Nominal Codes form is accessed via Contract Administration / Final Washouts / Copy Nominal Codes and also in Terminations / Final Washouts / Copy Nominal Codes and enables the copying of Nominal codes from one Calculation Basis Code to another. This saves time and ensures that only minimal alterations need be made; in many instances no amendments may be required at all as the only difference in the basis code may be the way in which the calculation is undertaken.
Note: Care must be taken in setting the codes correctly as the customer calculation basis record is overwritten as directed.

A single-left-click of the ellipsis button to the right of this field displays a Calculation Basis Details search form that enables selection from the current available basis codes. The required code is selected by highlighting with the mouse and the OK command button is used to confirm this selection and return to the Copy Nominal Codesform.
