The All Values form is accessed via Contract Administration / Taxation Management / Create Drive Transactions and generates taxation records in the Driver Transaction records file (FC.drtra) for a given tax year. This process perform the necessary calculations from the driver Usage Management records combined with the Car Benefit Tables and Fuel Benefit Tables data held within the Taxation Management menu. Reports can then be generated from the records that are generated within this file for the accurate recording and reporting of P46 and P11D information relating to the selected vehicle and driver(s).
The form is split into three areas. These are the Titlebar, the All Values Dialogue Box and a series of Command Buttons at the bottom of the form.
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons.
This form displays the following two fields:
A checkbox which if ficked denotes that the file gets cleared out before any new records are created.
The allows selection of the
tax year to be processed.
A number of command buttons are available:
Confirms and proceeds with the selected menu option.
Cancels any menu options and returns to the Taxation Management Menu.
Provides online access to a context sensitive Help form.
