Accessed by way of the Contract Review form followed by selection of the
icon from the Toolbar.
This displays the Usage Management form which enables the creation and subsequent
administration of existing records for a selected driver. This process enables monitoring of usage
through the creation of a number of separate records which, when collated, form the
usage management record. The separate records enable accurate recording and reporting of P46 and
P11D information relating to the selected vehicle and driver(s), including the following:

In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of other useful identification criteria and buttons.
The content of the Usage Management menu bar is as follows:
Save
Saves any data amendments and returns to the Contract Review form.
Exit
Exits to the Contract Review form.
Review Driver
Displays the CRM Customer Record enabling the review or edit of the customer details. This option is only available when the Driver Tab is selected.
Add Driver
Initiates a CRM Customer Record Search. The ellipsis button within the CRM Customer form may then be used to locate the appropriate CRM customer to be linked as the driver. A new customer record may be created at this time if required. Having located the required customer record the Exit command button within the CRM customer form is used to exit the record and return the CRM customer magic number and driver name to the Usage Management form.
Delete Driver
Deletes the currently linked driver from the agreement. The system prompts Are you sure you wish to delete this driver?. The Yes or No command button is selected as required. (This does not delete the customer record from the CRM database). This option is only available when the Driver Tab is selected.
Link As Master
Creates the currently selected driver record as the primary driver record for the selected vehicle contract. This option is only available when the Driver Tab is selected.
Unlink Driver From Master
Unlinks the currently selected driver record from the primary driver record for the selected vehicle contract. This option is only available when the Driver Tab is selected.
Used if a vehicle has a driver allocated and then the driver comes out of the vehicle for a long period of time (for example, he comes out of the car scheme - a frequent occurrence with many leasing company customers) then the driver needs to be unallocated from the vehicle. The record still remains in the FC.drive file. When unlinking the driver the system also unlinks the record in CRM in the same way as linking works when a driver is allocated.
Provides online access to a context sensitive Help form.

The Usage Management Dialogue Box contains the following static data field (relevant to the records within each Tab) and two command buttons which are detailed below:
Displays the driver Shortname retrieved from the Customer Record form. The down-arrow-button displays a drop-down list displaying the names of any drivers associated with the currently selected vehicle.
This area of the form displays a series of five tabs which become enabled following selection of a valid driver record via the Driver field . These Tabs allow usage management details to be entered against any existing driver records held against the currently selected vehicle. The five Tabs are as follows:
Details information mainly concerned with the vehicle associated with the contract under review:
Contains a Valuation Grid that details information mainly concerned with the list price, car tax and VAT for the vehicle, factory/dealer fitted options and delivery prices.
Displays the Driver details form which details information concerned with the individual driver.
Contains a Usage Management Grid which holds details with regard to start and end mileage dates and odometer readings for the currently selected individual driver.
Contains a sequence of fields related to the issue and administration of fuel cards to drivers.
