Selection of the Fuel Card Tab from the Usage Management form displays the fuel card details form.
This form details information mainly concerned with the fuel card used by the driver (if applicable).
This form is contains the following information:
The provider's unique fuel card number.
The unique CRM customer record number for the driver record. Selection of the
button displays the CRM Customer Record enabling the review or selection of the customer details.
The fuel card provider's account code for the driver/leasing company.
The Purchase Ledger account code for the fuel card supplier. Selection of the
The date on which the fuel card was requested by the driver (for memo/tracking purposes).
A free format field for entering a reason for requesting the fuel card.
The date on which the fuel card was ordered from the supplier (for memo/tracking purposes).
The date on which the fuel card request was acknowledged by the supplier (for memo/tracking purposes).
The date on which the fuel card was received from the supplier (for memo/tracking purposes).
The provider's unique fuel card number.
The expiry date of the fuel card.
The date on which the fuel card was despatched by the supplier (for memo/tracking purposes).
The date on which the fuel card was received by the driver (for memo/tracking purposes).
The date on which the driver starts using the card (for memo/tracking purposes).
The date on which the driver stops using the card (for memo/tracking purposes).
