USAGE MANAGEMENT (USAGE TAB)

Overview

Selection of the Usage Tab from the Usage Management form presents the Usage Management Grid which is used to record the times that the vehicle was unavailable to the driver. Recording of information in the usage tab will affect the calculation in the P11D process. See Inland Revenue documentation for calculation rules.

These values are entered by way of the Usage Management Form.

This Usage Management Grid contains the following information:

Contains the Usage Type description entered within the Usage Management Form e.g. 8 Vehicle Hire/Replacement.

The date on which the individual driver commenced using the vehicle.

The date on which the individual driver ceased using the vehicle.
