Selection of the 
icon from the
Toolbar in the Vehicle Movements screen opens the
Collection Record screen. This screen may also be accessed from within the
Order Tab within Vehicle Purchasing.
This screen enables the creation and subsequent administration of collection records for a selected vehicle.
Selection of the Collection Details Tab displays details of the address the vehicle is being moved from in addition to the address to which the vehicle is being moved.
The Collection Details Tab Dialogue Box contains the following fields:
The address group name of the company location from where the vehicle is being collected.
The system defaults in the third party agent's name (if applicable) from the respective address group but this data is editible.
The address of the company location from where the vehicle is being collected.
The system defaults in the third party agent's address (if applicable) from the respective address group but this data is editible.
The postcode of the company location from where the vehicle is being collected.
The system defaults in the third party agent's postcode (if applicable) from the respective address group but this data is editible.
The contact name at the company location from where the vehicle is being collected.
The system defaults in the third party agent's contact name (if applicable) from the respective address group but this data is editible.
The telephone number of the company location from where the vehicle is being collected.
The system defaults in the third party agent's telephone number (if applicable) from the respective address group but this data is editible.
The fax number of the company location from where the vehicle is being collected.
The system defaults in the third party agent's fax number (if applicable) from the respective address group but this data is editible.
The email address of the company location from where the vehicle is being collected.
The system defaults in the third party agent's email address (if applicable) from the respective address group but this data is editible.
The address group name of the company location to where the vehicle is being collected and delivered to.
The system defaults in the customer's name from the respective address group but this data is editible.
The address of the location to where the vehicle is being collected and delivered to.

The postcode of the location to where the vehicle is being collected and delivered to.
