Termination Quotation to be created.
The Terminate Vehicle Dialogue Box displays a Grid which displays details of the current vehicle. Also displayed is a series of command buttons, the functions of which are described below. The grid contains the following columns of information:
The vehicle registration number of the currently selected vehicle.
Displays the agreement number associated with the current vehicle.
The full vehicle variant description.
The start date of the current hire agreement.
The current status of the agreement e.g. Live.
To the right of the Select Quote form there are a series of four command buttons which allow the the quotation to be reviewed, extended or terminated.
Selects a Termination Type of Normal and opens the Termination Quote form to allow further details to be viewed/edited prior to allowing a quotation to be created.
Selects a Termination Type of Early and opens the Termination Quote form to allow further details to be viewed/edited prior to allowing a quotation to be created.
Selects a Termination Type of Theft and opens the Termination Quote form to allow further details to be viewed/edited prior to allowing a quotation to be created.
Returns to the previous screen without taking any action.
