Customer Tab

Overview

Selection of the Customer Tab enables the review of Customer and Company Record information.

To access the agreement tab:

  1. From the Master Menu, select the Fleet Kompact option and Company required.

    The Kestrel Kompact Menu is displayed.

  2. Select the Contract Management option.

    The Contract Management form is displayed.

  3. Select the Open icon.

    The Contract Search form is displayed.

  4. Enter the appropriate information to locate the required agreement.

  5. Select the Edit icon.

  6. Select the Front page shortcut from the menu on the left of the form.

    The contract management Agreement Tab is displayed.

  7. Select the Customer Tab.

Customer Tab Dialogue Box

The Customer Tab Dialogue Box contains the following fields:

Customer: The customer's main name and address details are held within the CRM system. This record is then accessed as often as necessary by a company record which contains associated data relating to specific operational areas. The first field contains the company record code (e.g. MINERVA) associated with the CRM company currently being viewed. The second field displays the unique CRM company record number associated with the company record.

(company.gif) : This icon enables access to the CRM company record maintenance form so that full details of the company may be viewed.

Main Contact: The main contact at the company.

(customer.gif): This icon enables access to the CRM customer record maintenance form so that full details of the main customer may be viewed.

Name: Displays the full CRM company name.

Address: Displays the full CRM company address. There are five lines of address information.

Postcode: The Postcode for the CRM company.

Invoice Account: Contains the Sales Ledger invoice account code to which invoices/credits are to be posted for this customer.

Main: Contains the main company telephone number.

Other: This field may contain an alternative work telephone number.

Fax: Contains the appropriate fax number, utilising the same format as above. It is extremely important that this is entered, as documents can now be auto-faxed to the customer on completion.

Telex: Contains the appropriate telex number (if applicable).
