This tab is only present for Company Types of Supplier and holds default collection and delivery costs.
To access the Repairer 4 Tab:
From the Master Menu, select the Fleet Kompact option and Company required.
The Kestrel Kompact Menu is displayed.
Select the Miscellaneous Options option.
The Miscellaneous Options menu is displayed.
Select the Customer Details option.
The Customer Setup form is displayed.
Select the 
icon.
The Customer Search form is displayed.
Enter the appropriate repairer information to locate the required repairer (ensuring the Supplier checkbox is ticked).
Select the required repairer from the displayed list.
Select the Repairer 4 Tab.
The following fields are contained within the Repairer 3 Tab:
Collection & Delivery (Dealerships)
If this selected record is a supplier/repairer then this holds the default collection and delivery cost charged by this supplier.
Franchise: Either directly enter or search for the Franchise code via the
button which becomes enabled when the cell is selected.
Franchise Description: The full franchise description associated with the franchise code.
Notes: Enter alphanumeric notes of up to 50 characters relating to collection and delivery for this franchise.
Value: The default cost of Delivery and Collection
Collection & Delivery (Customers)
If this selected record is a customer then this holds the default collection and delivery cost charged for this customer.
Franchise: Either directly enter or search for the Franchise code via the
Franchise Description: The full franchise description associated with the franchise code.
Notes: Enter alphanumeric notes of up to 50 characters relating to collection and delivery for this franchise.
Value: The default cost of Delivery and Collection
