This form is displayed when you select Fleet Kompact > Contract Management > Order, load an order and double-click the line in the lower grid on the Contract Management [Order] form
Record: The record number, followed by the number and description of the RFL line on the Order form.

OK: Returns you to the Contract Management [Order] form, with any changes you have made saved.
Cancel: Returns you to the Contract Management [Order] form, with any changes you have made cancelled.

Details:
Description: Description of the line on the Order form.
OTR Price: Full On The Road value of the item. This is the actual total cost paid for the item.
P11D Price: P11D tax value (list price) for the item.
Prices:
List price: List price paid for the item. There are two columns in the grid, the first displaying the quoted price and the second the actual ordered/invoiced price.
Discount: Dealer discount for the item. There are two columns in the grid, the first displaying the quoted discount and the second the actual ordered/invoiced discount.
Vehicle Sub-total:: Discounted sub-total price for the item. There are two columns in the grid, the first displaying the quoted discounted sub-total and the second the actual discounted ordered/invoiced value.
Total VAT:: VAT value for the RFL item. There are two columns in the grid, the first displaying the quoted discounted VAT value and the second the actual ordered/invoiced discounted VAT value.
Total Invoice: Gross price for the RFL item. There are two columns in the grid, the first displaying the quoted gross price and the second the actual ordered/invoiced gross value.
Discount %: ???
Variance Net: Net (of VAT) variance between the quoted net price and the actual ordered/invoiced net price for the RFL item.
Variance VAT: Variance between the quoted VAT and the actual ordered/invoiced VAT for the RFL item.
Variance Total: Gross variance between the quoted price and the actual ordered/invoiced price for the RFL item line.
Progress:
Progress: Progress code, enabling the current status of the RFL item to be tracked during purchasing, for example Delayed. The progress code is initially selected by means of the Progress form. Click the button immediately to the right of this field to display the form so that the progress status may be updated.
Due By: Date on which the selected progress item is due.
User ID: User id of the person responsible for completing the progress task.
Main supplier:
Supplier: Main supplier of the vehicle or, if applicable, the specification item line.
Account: Corresponding Purchase Ledger account code for the main supplier.
Item supplier:
Supplier: Supplier of the RFL item line (if different from the main supplier).
Account: Corresponding Purchase Ledger account code for the item supplier.
Payment details:
Supplier: Appropriate main supplier or item supplier of the vehicle or, if applicable, the specification item line for payment purposes.
Account: Corresponding Purchase Ledger account code for the main or item supplier.
Reference: Supplier reference number.
Invoice Date: Date on which the supplier invoice is generated.
Posted: Date on which the supplier invoice is posted.
Printed: A checkbox which, if ticked, denotes that the supplier invoice has been printed.
Recharge option: When selected, allows other fields in the form to be edited or captured.
Vehicle sub-total: Automatically generated with the Vehicle Sub-Total information from the Order Form.
Margin %: The recharge margin percentage that you want to add to the vehicle sub-total.
Note: If you input this field manually, the value field value will be automatically generated.
Value: The recharge margin value that you want to add to the vehicle sub-total.
Note: If you input this field manually, the Margin % field value will be automatically generated.
Recharge value: This is automatically calculated. The value is the Vehicle sub total + Margin value.
Note: You can manually input this field. Any difference that exists between the automatically generated values will automatically be added to the margin value.
Recharge account: The savings ledger account that you want to use when generating the recharge invoice.
Recharged: If selected, indicates that you have posted the recharge value.
Recharge posted/on: The date that you posted the recharge value.
