Enables the creation and editing of user-defined document tracking fields to be held against the agreement.
Tip: Each of the fields contained within this tab may then be accessed within the Miscellaneous 2 Tab within the Agreement forms.
To access the Documents Tab:
From the Master Menu, select the Fleet Kompact option and Company required.
The Kestrel Kompact Menu is displayed.
Select the System Maintenance option.
The System Maintenance menu is displayed.
Select the System Parameters option.
Select the Documents Tab.
The following fields are displayed:
Misc Document Description (x 20): A series of user-defined document tracking fields that are used in the Miscellaneous 2 Tab within the agreement.
For example, within the Misc Document 1 Description field the user may enter Registration Document; this then becomes a field called Registration Document(1) in the Miscellaneous 2 Tab.
Tip: The newly created field contains a number in parentheses which refers back to the text field number in this tab.
Default (x 20): Contains the default value for the corresponding Misc Document Description field above; this field can then be amended in the Miscellaneous 2 Tab.
The
button immediately to the right of this field displays the following current document tracking statuses that may be used as a default value:
