System Parameters (Maint Grid Colours Tab)

Overview

This tab is used to aide navigation. Maintenance approvals can be identified using a colour code. There is a wide selection of colours to choice from for each type of maintenance approval. These colours are used within the Maintenance History Tab.

To access the Maint Grid Colours Tab:

1. From the Master Menu, select the Fleet Kompact option and Company required.

   The Kestrel Kompact Menu is displayed.

2. Select the System Maintenance option.

   The System Maintenance menu is displayed.

3. Select the System Parameters option.

4. Select the Maint Grid Colours Tab.

The following fields are displayed:

Unposted Approval: The button enables selection from a wide range of colours for an unposted approval.

Recharge Unposted: The button enables selection from a wide range of colours for an unposted recharge approval.

Purchase Unposted: The button enables selection from a wide range of colours for an unposted purchase.

Held Approval: The button enables selection from a wide range of colours for a held approval.

Rejected Approval: The button enables selection from a wide range of colours for a rejected approval.

Fully Posted Approval (History): The button enables selection from a wide range of colours for a fully posted approval i.e. a history item.

Approvals against other agreements: The button enables selection from a wide range of colours for approvals that belong to an agreement whose registration number also has other agreements against it.
