In many parts of the system a Reports option is now available within the menu bar and tool bars. This displays a list of user-defined reports applicable to various areas of the system (e.g. Maintenance). Once written within RepGen reports may be selected for inclusion within this menu list via the Quick Reports Tab.
To access the Quick Reports Tab:
From the Master Menu, select the Fleet Kompact option and Company required.
The Kestrel Kompact Menu is displayed.
Select the System Maintenance option.
The System Maintenance menu is displayed.
Select the System Parameters option.
Select the Quick Reports Tab.
The following fields are displayed:
Order Quick Mail: A pre-defined email relevant to the specific area from which it is accessed (in this case, Orders). This field displays the chosen Stationery Format code which is used to define the email layout e.g. KOM (see Reports & Enquiries / Report Generator / Format Stationery).
Agree Quick Mail: A pre-defined email relevant to the specific area from which it is accessed (in this case, Agreement). This field displays the chosen Stationery Format code which is used to define the email layout e.g. KAM (see Reports & Enquiries / Report Generator / Format Stationery).
Maint Quick Mail: A pre-defined email relevant to the specific area from which it is accessed (in this case, Maintenance). This field displays the chosen Stationery Format code which is used to define the email layout e.g. KMM (see Reports & Enquiries / Report Generator / Format Stationery).
Terms Quick Mail: A pre-defined email relevant to the specific area from which it is accessed (in this case, Terminations). This field displays the chosen Stationery Format code which is used to define the email layout e.g. KTM (see Reports & Enquiries / Report Generator / Format Stationery).
Customer Quick Mail: A pre-defined email relevant to the specific area from which it is accessed (in this case, Customer). This field displays the chosen Stationery Format code which is used to define the email layout e.g. KCM (see Reports & Enquiries / Report Generator / Format Stationery).
Funding Quick Mail: A pre-defined email relevant to the specific area from which it is accessed (in thiscase, Funding). This field displays the chosen Stationery Format code which is used to define the email layout e.g. KCM (see Reports & Enquiries / Report Generator / Format Stationery).
A grid that allows the selection of previously created reports to be allocated for selection within the Reports menu and toolbar options throughout Kompact.
Note: Up to 10 reports may be defined for each area of the system (the field descriptions below however, only refer to the first report row for reasons of economy).
Report 1 - Order: A user-defined report applicable to the Order area of the system that, as a result of being selected within the Quick Reports Tab, is available in the Reports option within the Menu Bars and Toolbars. This field displays the chosen Report code e.g. K01 (see Reports & Enquiries / Report Generator).
A single-left-click within the cell enables the ellipsis button which then allows a search for the required report.
Report 1 - Agreement: A user-defined report applicable to the Agreement area of the system that, as a result of being selected within the Quick Reports Tab, is available in the Reports option within the Menu Bars and Toolbars. This field displays the chosen Report code e.g. K07 (see Reports & Enquiries / Report Generator).
A single-left-click within the cell enables the ellipsis button which then allows a search for the required report.
Report 1 - Maintenance: A user-defined report applicable to the Maintenance area of the system that, as a result of being selected within the Quick Reports Tab, is available in the Reports option within the Menu Bars and Toolbars. This field displays the chosen Report code e.g. K13 (see Reports & Enquiries / Report Generator).

Report 1 - Terminations: A user-defined report applicable to the Terminations area of the system that, as a result of being selected within the Quick Reports Tab, is available in the Reports option within the Menu Bars and Toolbars. Report 1 - Funding: A user-defined report applicable to the Contract Funding area of the system that, as a result of being selected within the Quick Reports Tab, is available in the Reports option within the Menu Bars and Toolbars. This field displays the chosen Report code e.g. K01 (see Reports & Enquiries / Report Generator).
