The Consolidate Agreement Make-up form is accessed via Fleet System Management / Consolidate Agreement Make-up and consolidates the budgets for an individual agreement.
There are occasions when agreements are amended, or extended, and the result is that certain budgets appear to duplicate. This ensures that a full picture of each change or amendment is maintained. It is possible to consolidate some of these changes, although this only takes place where the budget does actually lend itself to such a consolidation.There may be, for example, a number of Additional Costs budget lines that are suitable for consolidation or a depreciation line which could be added to the main depreciation line. This process only functions on options with the same source code on each of the profi lines.
This form is constituted of four elements, which are as follows:

The content of the Consolidate Agreement Make-up menu bar is as follows:
Open
Clears the form of any existing agreement data and returns the cursor to the Registration Number field for input of a new vehicle registration number.
Save
Proceeds with the agreement consolidation.
Exit
Exits to the Fleet System Management menu.
Consolidate All
This option works in the same manner as the single agreement consolidation described above. The difference is solely that it scans all agreements on the system and consolidates each one in turn if it is required. There is no selection process, all agreements are considered valid for possible consolidation.
The process is liable to take some time to complete is the agreement file is large.

The following data fields are contained within the Consolidate Agreement Make-up Dialogue Box :
On entry to this form the registration or agreement number for the vehicle is required. This may be keyed directly or the Fleet Global Search facility may be invoked by selection of the ellipsis button immediately to the right of this field.
The master number of the relevant agreement that is linked to the vehicle. The agreement number produced at the quotation stage of the contract. Selection of the ellipsis button (...) immediately to the right of this field presents the Fleet Global Search form that enables a vehicle to be found by entering search selection criteria.
Located immediately to the right of the Master Record field. The status flag denotes the status of the agreement e.g. L (Live).
Displays the full customer name associated with the selected agreement e.g. Minerva Business Solutions .
The Lease Type associated with the currently selected agreement e.g. Contract Hire With Maintenance .
The Lease Definition associated with the currently selected agreement e.g. 3 Year 3 Adv Full Maintenance .
The start date of the currently selected agreement.
The end date of the currently selected agreement.
