Accessed by way of the Contract Review form followed by selection of Contract Options from the Tools Menu. This displays the Contract Options form. A maintenance budget value is derived for the period of the contract but the Contract Options form enables the creation and review of a list of specific maintenance options deemed to be valid within this maintenance budget for a selected contract. The list is for memo purposes only and enables fleet personnel to distinguish between maintenance contract options which are truly valid for a selected contract and those that are not.
Contract Option Codes are originally set-up within Maintenance Control / Miscellaneous Options/ Contract Option Codes.
This form is split into four parts that are as follows:
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of other useful identification criteria and buttons.
The content of the Contract Options menu bar is as follows:
New
Displays a Contract Options Search form. The form enables selection from the current available contract options codes i.e. Contract Option Codes already created (within Maintenance Control / Miscellaneous Options/ Contract Option Codes) but not yet selected within the Contract Options Grid. A list of contract options is displayed and, having selected the required code by highlighting with the mouse, the OK command button is used to confirm this selection (select from available codes using the scroll bar to move up and down the list if required). The contract options can now be viewed within the Contract Options Grid.
Delete
Following selection of a contract option currently displayed within the Contract Options Grid, this menu option may be used delete the contract option and remove it from the grid (but not from the underlying record table). This option may be re-selected from the Contract Options Search form at a later date if required.
Exit
Exits to the Contract Review form.
Provides online access to a context sensitive Help form.

The Contract Options Dialogue Box contains a Contact Options Grid for creating and displaying the required contract maintenance options for the selected contract.
The fields contained within the Contract Options Grid are as follows:

May contain a three digit alphanumeric contract option code for example, FRD
- Option
May contain a free format thirty character alphanumeric contract option description. for example, Fridge
A single-left-click of the mouse on any row within the grid displays a small sub-menu displaying the following options:
