MISCELLANEOUS FLEET DETAILS (MEMO TAB)

Overview

Accessed by way of the Contract Review form followed by selection of Miscellaneous Fleet Details from the Tools Menu. The Memo Tab may then be accessed and is used for holding various memo type information with regard to user-defined values and dates.

The Memo Tab contains the following fields:

• Memo Field (1-8)

A series of memo value fields for holding user-defined values.

• Memo Date (1-2)

A series of memo date fields for holding user-defined dates.

• Payment Method

• Invoice Reference

• Misc Status

A miscellaneous user-defined status field.
