PRINT SELECTION

Overview

Displays the Print Selection Dialogue Box.

The first field displays the current default printer name. Selection of the down-arrow displays a drop-down list of available printers from which to choose.

The second field enables selection of the appropriate item to be printed; the current available options (dependent on from where the print routine is being accessed) are as follows:

Agreement

A single-click of the mouse will highlight and select the required option.

Command Buttons

• Print

This command button prints the required selection to the chosen printer destination and return to the previous form. The following printer destinations are available:

• PRINT Printer (Main Spooler)

Directs the printed document to the currently selected printer which may be the main spooler or, alternatively, a local KPrint printer, for example.

• FAX Fax

Enables the document to be directly fax to a customer, for example, utilising the modem attached to the server.

• EMAIL Email

Generates the document within an format enabling it to be emailed directly to the appropriate party.

• Cancel

Returns to the previous form without actioning a print command.

• Help

Provides online context sensitive help.
