Accessed by way of the Contract Review form followed by selection of Remove Balloon from the Tools Menu, this presents the Remove Balloon form. This form enables the removal of the Balloon Value from the contract makeup. This menu option is typically greyed-out and is only enabled for use with contract purchase type deals where the balloon is not already invoiced.

In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of other useful identification criteria and buttons.
The Remove Balloon Dialogue Box contains a simple description of the actions that may be performed i.e.:
Click "Remove" to remove the contract balloon or click "Cancel" to leave unchanged.
Displays a further prompt to Remove Balloon?
Selection of the Yes command button removes the Balloon Rental from the contract budget makeup in the Profi Tab.
Returns to the Contract Review form without taking any action.
