CASEFILE

Overview

This form can be accessed by selecting either Casefile from the View menu bar option, or, theicon within the Customer Review form. This form enables the contact history for a company target to be viewed.

Title Bar

In addition to displaying the form name and target name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons.

CaseFile List Box

The List Box displays a list of all contacts for the selected company target. Each row within the List Box displays an individual contact and contains the following information:

• Contact Date
• Sales Exec for this Contact
• Follow up Date
• Sales Exec for Follow up Date
• Notes for Contact (if applicable)

The Command Buttons in the CaseFile form function as follows:

• Select

Displays the full Contact Record form allowing a more detailed view of a particular contact.

• Continue

Returns the user to the Customer Review form.

• Help

Provides online context sensitive help information.
