SYSTEM PARAMETERS (PRIORITIES TAB)

Overview

Individual users of the system are given their own priority levels by the system administrator and may subsequently view or edit the above elements according to the level of priority they have been allocated. Allocation of top-level user priority permissions is administered via thePriority Level field in the Access Tab of the Permissions & Security menu option (within System Utilities / Management Menu). An individual User Id is assigned a global permission level and can also be assigned permissions at module level for example, FQ.

The Priorities Tab enables priorities to be set to both view and edit various elements that go to make up a quotation or ratesbook.

A priority of 1 - 8 is given to each element (with "1" being the lowest level and "8" being the highest).

Priority levels may be established for an individual element as with Review Residual. This system parameter defines what user priority level is required to Review a residual value (i.e. use the Residual Value Review menu option or icon to compare residual values from alternative data sources) within the quotations module.

Each of the following elements is currently priority enabled:

Fleet Defaults - MK
