The Mobile technicians maintains the mobile technician records used within Point of Sales to define the mechanic actioning the WIP.
This form is a standard Grid/Column editor. It is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems > X1. Aftersales Generic Add-ons > Mobile mechanic menu. > Mobile technicians.
Button options:

| Button > Create | Displays a blank record to enable the creation of a new mobile technician record. |
| Button > Delete | Deletes an existing mobile technician record. |
| Button > Cancel | Cancels the creation or amendment of a mobile technician. |
| Button > Save | Saves the new mobile technician record. |
| Button > Next | Obtains and displays the next mobile technician record. |
| Button > Previous | Obtains and displays the previous mobile technician record. |

Reverse: Defines that the data is to be sorted into reverse sequence.
Start at: Defines the data filter starting point.

Data Area:
The fields within the Data Area can be viewed in either Grid or Column format.
Operator number: Unique code used to identify the technician.
WL resource: Workshop loading resource identified for the technician.
Impress account: Sales Ledger account used by the technician for the impress stock held.
Van magic: Defines the technicians vehicle magic number.
Authoring PIN: Used by the Signature capture function to confirm the authorized approval sheet.
SMS number: Mobile telephone number used to send SMS messages to the technician.
