The Drill Down Visibility form is displayed when the Drill down visibility option is selected from the ADVANCED ANALYSIS menu.
Set Up
User-ID: For each user-id, create an entry for the topics they are allowed. If they are allowed access to all topics, leave the Topic column blank.
Topic: For a particular topic, create an entry for each of the profiles in that topic to which they are allowed access.
Profile: Enter the profile that they are allowed to use. If all profiles are available, leave the Profile column blank.
Path: The path is either 1 or 2 to determine the orientation of the initial view on entry, in other words which axis is at the top and which axis is down the side.
1 = X at top and Y down side
2 = Y at top and X down side
Top key/Side key: The top and side keys provide a degree of restriction to the hierarchy. For example, if you wanted some users to only see their company and not other companies in the Advanced Analysis then you would place a mask on the top key. This key may be built up by entering valid options from the levels of drill down on a particular axis.
BUTTONS
Exit: Returns you to the ADVANCED ANALYSIS menu.
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
