The Drill-down visibility option provides a means of security to prevent users seeing an analysis outside their domain. When the visible status check box is set to a tick for Yes in system parameters, entries must be created in here to determine the level of access given to each Advanced Analysis user.
To access Drill down visibility:
From the AUTOLINE Master menu, select the Advanced Analysis option and the company you require.
The ADVANCED ANALYSIS menu is displayed.
Select the Drill Down Visibility option.
The Drill Down Visibility form is displayed.
