This table is used as the data source for the FRV Revaluation processes in that it allows safety factor % reductions to be defined for both Fleet and VSB CAP valuations.

To access the Mark To Market CAP Valuation process:
From the Master Menu, select the Manufacturer Systems option and Company required e.g. Fleet.
The Fleet Franchise Menu is displayed.
Select the Mark To Market CAP Valuation option.
The CAP Valuation form is displayed.
The Mark To Market CAP Valuation form is displayed when the Mark To Market CAP Valuation option is selected from the Fleet Franchise Menu.
The Amend option is covered below, during which the content of each of the fields held against the Mark To Market CAP Valuation table are explained.
Fleet Company Identifier: The Fleet System Management (FM Module) company identifier for which the safety value reductions are applicable. Input the code required or use the
search facility to locate it.
Vehicle Category: The Vehicle Rental Hire Croup code for which the safety value reductions are applicable (assigned to a vehicle in the MK.drveh file). Input the code required or use the
Fleet reduction in CAP value %: The safety factor percentage to be applied to CAP valuations within the Fleet System (FQ Quotes, etc) for vehicles within this hire group vehicle category.
VSB reduction in CAP value %: The safety factor percentage to be applied to CAP valuations within Vehicle Stock Books for vehicles within this hire group vehicle category.
COMMAND BUTTONS:
Exit: Returns to the Fleet Franchise menu.
Save: Saves the CAP safety factor percentage details table.
Cancel: Aborts the amendment process and returns to the initial menu without saving amendments to the CAP safety factor percentage details table.
