In many parts of the system an administration option is now available within the menu bar and tool bars. Amongst other options the administration facility enables access to a Quick Reports facility. This displays a list of user-defined reports applicable to the current process. Once written within RepGen reports may be selected for inclusion within this menu list within the Reports Tab.
To access the System Parameters Reports Tab:
From the Master Menu, select the Fleet System Management option and Company required.
The Fleet System Management menu is displayed.
Select the System Maintenance option.
The System Maintenance menu is displayed.
Select the System Parameters option.
Select the Reports Tab.
The following fields are displayed:
Quick Mail Format: A pre-defined email relevant to the specific module area from which it is accessed (in this case, Fleet System Management). This field displays the chosen Stationery Format code which is used to define the email layout e.g. KQM (see Reports & Enquiries / Report Generator / Format Stationery).
Quick Report 1-10: A user-defined report applicable to the Fleet System Management module that may, as a result of being selected within the Reports Tab is available with the Admin/ Quick Reports option within Fleet System Management. This field displays the chosen Report code e.g. K03 (see Reports & Enquiries / Report Generator).
