Used to determine the Document Types that scanned documents may be stored against within the Document Management process.
To access the System Parameters Document Archiving Tab:
From the Master Menu, select the Fleet System Management option and Company required.
The Fleet System Management menu is displayed.
Select the System Maintenance option.
The System Maintenance menu is displayed.
Select the System Parameters option.
Select the Document Archiving Tab.
The following fields are displayed:
Fleet Doc Type 1-10: Allows the creation of a Document Type group. This is a two digit alphanumeric field which may then be used within the Document Management/ Scanning process for allocating documents against a particular type/area. Up to 10 fleet document types may be created.
