The Priorities Tab is used to determine what priorities are required to view or edit the specific Tabs within Address Groups.
A Display and Edit field is provided for each Address Group Tab so that a priority may be defined for each of these functions.
To access the System Parameters Priorities Tab:
From the Master Menu, select the Fleet System Management option and Company required.
The Fleet System Management menu is displayed.
Select the System Maintenance option.
The System Maintenance menu is displayed.
Select the System Parameters option.
Select the Priorities Tab.
The following fields are displayed:
Detail Tab Priority: The priority required to access the Details Tab and Details 2 Tab within Address Groups.
If the user's priority within the Fleet System Management module is equal to or greater than the priority to Display or Edit priority defined here then the appropriate viewing or editing access is enabled for the Detail Tab.
Maintenance Tab Priority: The priority required to access the Maintenance Tab within Address Groups.
If the user's priority within the Maintenance Control module is equal to or greater than the priority to Display or Edit priority defined here then the appropriate viewing or editing access is enabled for the Maintenance Tab.
Contract Admin Tab Priority: The priority required to access the Contract Admin 1 Tab and Contract Admin 2 Tab within Address Groups.
If the user's priority within the Contract Administration module is equal to or greater than the priority to Display or Edit priority defined here then the appropriate viewing or editing access is enabled for the Contract Admin Tab.
Terminations Tab Priority: The priority required to access the Terminations Tab within Address Groups.
If the user's priority within the Terminations module is equal to or greater than the priority to Display or Edit priority defined here then the appropriate viewing or editing access is enabled for the Terminations Tab.
Supplier Tab Priority: The priority required to access the Supplier Tab within Address Groups.
If the user's priority within the Maintenance Control module is equal to or greater than the priority to Display or Edit priority defined here then the appropriate viewing or editing access is enabled for the Supplier Tab.
Repairer Tab Priority: The priority required to access the Repairer Tab within Address Groups.
If the user's priority within the Maintenance Control module is equal to or greater than the priority to Display or Edit priority defined here then the appropriate viewing or editing access is enabled for the Repairer Tab.
Purchasing Tab Priority: The priority required to access the Purchasing Tab within Address Groups.
If the user's priority within the Vehicle Purchasing module is equal to or greater than the priority to Display or Edit priority defined here then the appropriate viewing or editing access is enabled for the Purchasing Tab.
Contract Upload Tab Priority: The priority required to access the Contract Upload Tab within Address Groups.
If the user's priority within the Contract Administration module is equal to or greater than the priority to Display or Edit priority defined here then the appropriate viewing or editing access is enabled for the Contract Upload Tab.
Credit Controls Priority: The priority required to access the Credit Controls Tab within Address Groups.
If the user's priority within the Contract Administration module is equal to or greater than the priority to Display or Edit priority defined here then the appropriate viewing or editing access is enabled for the Credit Controls Tab.
Contract Ancillary Priority: The priority required to access the Additional Contract Details form within Contract Review.
If the user's priority within the Fleet System Management module is equal to or greater than the priority to Display or Edit priority defined here then the appropriate viewing or editing access is enabled for either the Display/Edit Additional Contract Details (FM.aganc) form.
Vehicle Ancillary Priority: The priority required to access the Additional Vehicle Details form within Contract Review.
If the user's priority within the Fleet System Management module is equal to or greater than the priority to Display or Edit priority defined here then the appropriate viewing or editing access is enabled for either the Display/Edit Additional Vehicle Details (FM.caanc) form.
