The Record map maintenance facility provides access to the FOCALpt-to-DMS record map.
Warning: The Record Map should NEVER be altered manually.
This form is displayed when you select the Record map maintenance option from the FOCALpt menu.
GRID:
Dealer code: A code allocated by Ford to a dealer to uniquely identify transactions for that dealer alone
Remote magic number: Identifies the FOCALpt reference for a given DMS customer
Record type: either T for Target or C for Company
DMS magic number: Target or Company number
Other magic number_1: Alternative Ford reference for that customer
