The Vehicle Archiving form is accessed via Terminations / Miscellaneous Options / Vehicle Archiving and is used to archive a specific vehicle contract away to an archive area of the system based upon the rules held within the Archiving Group Box held within the Details 2 Tab of the Terminations System Parameters.
Selection of this option presents the Fleet Global Review form which enables selection of the vehicle contract to be archived. Archiving is perfomed according to the rules in the Details 2 Tab.
