System Parameters (Split Excess Tab)

Overview

The Split Excess Tab is used to calcualte the excess and under mileage splits within the Excess and Under Due routines in Fleet System Management.

To access the Terminations System Parameters Split Excess Tab:

1. From the Master Menu, select the Terminations option and Company required.

   The Terminations Menu is displayed.

2. Select the System Maintenance option.

   The System Maintenance Menu is displayed.

3. Select the System Parameters option

4. Select the Split Excess Tab

   The System Parameters Split Excess Tab is displayed.

Overview

This field is used exclusively with the Excess Due routine within Fleet System Management.

The following fields are displayed:

Use Split Excess: If this checkbox is ticked then an additional Split Details Tab is displayed in the Excess Rates and Under Rates menu options within Fleet System Management Miscellaneous options.

The Maintenance Rate + Tyres Rate + Residual Rate = a Total Base Rate. This Total is the XS(1) rate. The Maintenance and Tyre rates are entered manually within this form with the RV rate being the balancing figure. The buttons may be used to select the corresponding NL codes.
