The System Parameters Environment Tab is used to define top-level system defaults specifically to allow further descriptions to be allocated to contracts at specific statuses as follows (shown as second Status field on fleet agreement review).
To access the System Parameters Environment Tab:
From the Master Menu, select the Fleet Environment option and Company required.
The Fleet Environment menu is displayed.
Select the System Maintenance option.
The System Maintenance menu is displayed.
Select the System Parameters option.
Select the Environment Tab.
The following fields are displayed:
Informal extensions: The label used for contracts in informal extension.
Tip: The default value is a Informal Extension.
Live contract: The label used for live contracts
Tip: The default value is a Live.
Quoted contract: The label used for quoted contracts
Tip: The default value is a Quoted.
Accepted Quote: The label used for accepted quotations.
Tip: The default value is a Accepted.
Washed out quote: The label used for washed out contracts
Tip: The default value is a Washed out.
Terminated contract: The label used for terminated contracts
Tip: The default value is a Terminated not washed out.
Suspended contract: The label used for suspended contracts
Tip: The default value is a Suspended.
No income contract: The label used for contracts with income suspended
Tip: The default value is a No income.
