Vehicle Status Codes

This option in the CRM Miscellaneous Options Menu allows you to create, amend or delete records.

Vehicle Status Codes Form

The Vehicle status codes form is displayed when you select the Vehicle status codes option from the CRM Miscellaneous Options Menu. You are presented with a standard column form. The vehicle status code is displayed on the vehicle record on the current tab if the vehicle has been created via the Vehicle stocking system.

Vehicle type: The single character vehicle type code. The following vehicle status codes are mandatory in a CRM module:
- C Current vehicle.
- O Vehicle on order.
- P Previous vehicle.
- Q Quoted vehicle.
- R Vehicle required.
- S Vehicle in stock.
- X Part exchange vehicle.
Description: This is the description of the Vehicle type code. The field allows up to thirty characters.
