The Sundry Order Line form is displayed when the the product line (beneath the Free text field) on the Sundry Requisitions form is right-clicked, and the Create, Amend, Display or Delete option is selected from the menu. (The latter three options require an existing order to have been selected.)
The Sundry Order Line form allows you to create or update the product line.
The Sundry Order Line form consists of the following fields:
Line number: The number of the order line.
Part number: Indicates the part number (e.g number corresponding to the product selected) to be used. Use the
button to search.
Quantity: Indicates the quantity of the part.
Description: Description of the order line.
Price [Gross Value]: The cost of the order line.
NL Account code: Nominal Ledger account code.
VAT code: Indicates the Value Added Tax code.
Expected delivery date: When the goods are expected to arrive. This defaults to the expected date from the Main details tab. All of the above five fields are editable, but in many cases you will accept the information that is defaulted in. Use the
TOTAL: Displays the total amount of the order line (quantity * price).
CHECKBOXES:
Select either of the two check boxes, depending on whether you want to create a product or update a product. When an amendment has been made, the program saves all of the information to the product file.
Tip: This is subject to a priority level, held on the PL System Parameters/Sundry Orders tab.

Note: If the Update checkbox is not selected, the program lets you overtype any information but does not update the product file.
BUTTONS:
Create + Exit: Creates the requisition and returns you to the Sundry Requisitions form. The requisition is now saved as an order and is displayed at R status if searched on in Order Maintenance.
Create next: Creates the requisition and allows you create another product line.
Amend: Allows you to make amendments to the order line.
Delete: Allows you to delete the order line.
<---- : The left arrow button allows you to view various product lines.
---->: The right arrow button also allows you to view various product lines.
Cancel: Returns you to the Sundry Requisitions form.
Help: Displays help on the current application in your default company browser.
OTHER BUTTONS:
When you have saved, amended or deleted a sundry order line, you can either Abort, Save the order, or access on-line Help.
