The Change control overflow log form is displayed when you select the Change control overflow log option from the CHANGE CONTROL MENU.
The change control overflow log record is structured identically to the main change control log and is only used when the main change control log has filled up. If the main log is full you should follow the advice of extending or deleting records from the change control log file as soon as possible otherwise there is a risk that the overflow file too will fill up resulting in the loss of audit data.
