This is where you enter the post codes for each company that you want to make collection and deliveries from. This table is checked when making a collection and delivery from Point-of-sale or Contact management and the post code weight units are checked each time against the customers address. You can set up any numeric value against each postcode unit and use it to your advantage when collections and deliveries are particully difficult to get to.
Example postcode A is an easy address to get to so you would set this to say 1 but postcode B takes a long time to get to because of traffic you would set this to say 4, so each time these postcodes were checked these are the units removed when making a collection and delivery from your Collection and Deliveries capacities.
Company no The Point of sale company reference number.
Postcode The address postcodes that you want to do collections and deliveries for.
Postcode weighting The numeric unit value for each postcode.
