Details of all the Collections and Deliveries are held and can be viewed by clicking the Bookings grid where there are values displayed. This loads the bookings into the Details group and the Collect or Deliver field is ticked, depending on what has been booked in Workshop loading.
When collections, deliveries and customer waiting are booked they are saved to the MK.lift2 file.
Note: The Collect and Deliver buttons will only be enabled on the Workshop loading Load form for that Point-of-Sale company when the Collection and Delivery capacities have been set up.
What do you want to do?
This form is displayed when you click CRM > Miscellaneous options > Loan Vehicle options > Collections and Deliveries.
Tip: To make a booking for a customer, a WIP needs to be created with the relevant RTS lines added.

POS company: Point-of-Sale company that you want to set up the collection and deliveries for, selected from the drop-down menu.
Parameters group
This area defines the available capacity for collections, deliveries and customer waiting's per week for the selected POS company.
Collections: Capacity of collections that can be booked for the day.
Deliveries: Capacity of deliveries that can be booked for the day.
Customer waiting: Capacity of customers waiting that can be booked for the day.
Note: The booking values are displayed in Black. If you have over-booked (which you can) the values are displayed in Red.
Bookings group
This area defines the actual collections, deliveries and customer waiting bookings per selected period for the selected POS company.
Collections: Number of collections actually booked for the day
Deliveries: Number of deliveries actually booked for the day
Customer waiting: Number of customers waiting actually booked for the day.
Note: The booking values are displayed in Black. If you have over-booked (which you can) the values are displayed in Red.
Details group
This area provides additional information based upon the selected Bookings group date.
Description: Lists the POS WIP number and customer address for the selected day categorised by Collection
, Delivery
, Customer waiting
.
Clicking a value in the Bookings group grid displays the collections, deliveries and customer waiting information in more detail for the selected day.
