The CRM Loan Vehicle Option menu is available to users with a CRM permission of priority seven access and above. This menu option gives you access to the options which will allow you to maintain the set up of demonstrator within CRM and courtesy vehicle within Point-of-Sale.

Loan Vehicle Types
The loan vehicle types option allows you to determine vehicle statuses used for loan vehicles and the number of days in the week which they are available.
Loan vehicle Groups
This option allows you to create, amend and delete groups for the loan vehicles.
Vehicle Group Fees
This option allows you to determine the costs and fees associated with each group of Loan vehicles and is applicable to courtesy vehicles only.
Loan Car Options
This option allows you to define prompts and message which appear when a particular type of Loan vehicle is selected.
Damage Conditions And Areas
This option allows you to amend, create and delete condition descriptions for areas of the vehicle for the possible damage which could be caused to loan vehicles.
Collection and Deliveries
This option allows you to set up your Collection and Delivery capacities for all your Point-of-Sale companies.
