Note: The Vehicle group fees are used only for Courtesy vehicle from within the Point of Sale module.
Fields:
Loan Group: Enter the Loan vehicle group that is applicable to the fees.
Effective from: Enter the date that the fees are applicable from.
Customer daily fee: Enter the daily customer fee charged for this loan vehicle group.
Higher ins.excess: Enter the Higher insurance policy excess for this loan vehicle group.
Lower ins.excess: Enter the Lower insurance policy excess for this loan vehicle group.
Car damage waiver: Enter the Car damage waiver fee for this loan vehicle group.
Daily mileage: Enter the allowable daily mileage for this loan vehicle group.
Excess per mile: Enter the excess mileage charge for this loan vehicle group.
Daily insurance fee Enter the amount payable per day to the insurers for this loan vehicle group.
Monthly ins. fee: Enter the maximum insurance amount payable per month for this loan vehicle group.
POS cost per day: Enter the cost to Point of Sale per day for this loan vehicle group.
Note: It is possible to have fees that are the same Loan vehicle group but apply to different dates and costs.
