Vehicle status can be created, amended and deleted from this option. This option is used when creating and amending Loan vehicles
When the Loan vehicle option is taken from the The Miscellaneous Options Menu you will be presented with a standard Autoline edit form. Use of the form is further explained from the related topics within this help file.
Fields:
The Loan vehicle has three fields they are:
Vehicle status: This is a single alpha or numeric code e.g., D or C
Description: Enter the description of the vehicle e.g., Demo or Courtesy. This can be numeric or alpha and up to 51 digits.
Days per Week: Enter the days per week this vehicle type is available. This is used for reporting purposes.
