File usage statistics enables you to monitor a module's data files. If any data files appear to be filling up, contact your system administrator or Autoline Support for the relevant file to be extended. The system displays a table of files within the module and, if required, you can print a file listing with detailed information. To print the file usage statistics to the currently selected printer, click the Print button.
Note: Be aware that there is a function that automatically nibbles (deletes) data from the following files in the event that they are filling up, to reduce the file size to a pre-determined percentage:
Fields:
Module: The Autoline module you are in
Company: A company on your Autoline system

Size/Used/Free: Not used
Grid:

Sh: The file's short name
Name: Identifies the file - for example: clist
Desc: Describes the file - for example: Call list
File size: The maximum number of records the file can contain. To increase File size, see the End-Of-Day File Request Utility.
In Use: The actual number of records the file contains
Warn: The percentage file full level at which a warning is displayed. A coloured line in the grid indicates the following warnings:
Yellow: If any of the files is over eighty per cent full, it is highlighted in yellow. The file's In Use size is approaching the Warn percentage.
Red: If files are over ninety per cent full, they are shown in red. A file's In Use size has reached, or exceeded, the Warn percentage. Its File size should be increased.
Note: If any data files appear to be filling up, contact Autoline Support for the relevant file to be extended.
