File Usage Statistics

This option provides you with a report on the state of the files in the Management Account module and indicates if any are becoming too full.

To access the File Usage Statistics form in Management Accounts:

1. From the Autoline Master Menu, select the Management Accounts option and the Company you require.

   The MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS Main Menu is displayed.

2. Select the System maintenance option.

   The MA SYSTEM MAINTENANCE Menu is displayed.

3. Select the File usage statistics option.

   The File Usage Statistics form is displayed.
