This form is displayed when you click Incident management > Incident Management > Tools > Technician WIP.
Menu Bar and Toolbar:

Date: Enables the entry of a search date which is used to search for POS WIPS matching the entered date.
Technician Area:
+: Indicates that the technician display can be expanded.
-: Indicates that the technician display can be collapsed.
Technician: Displays the POS company number and Description of each point of sale company's in numerical order.
Memo: Displays the quantity of WIPS where the WIP Due In date matches the entered date and where the WIP status is set to M (Memo).
Waiting Authority: Displays the quantity of WIPS where the WIP Due In date matches the entered date and where the WIP status is set to A (Awaiting Authority).
Waiting Parts: Displays the quantity of WIPS where the WIP Due In date matches the entered date and where the WIP status is set to P (Awaiting Parts).
Waiting Labour: Displays the quantity of WIPS where the WIP Due In date matches the entered date and where the WIP status is set to L (Awaiting Labour).
Complete Not Inv'd: Displays the quantity of WIPS where the WIP Due In date matches the entered date and where the WIP status is set to C (Complete not yet invoiced).
Fully Costed: Displays the quantity of WIPS where the WIP Due In date matches the entered date and where the WIP status is set to X (Invoiced).
Clicking the + Technician button expands the Technician Global view and displays Expanded Technician Global View form.
This form is displayed when you click Incident management > Incident Management > Tools > Technician WIP > + Technician.
Status: Display of the WIP status.
WIP: Display of the POS WIP number.
Job Desc: Display of the WIP job description.
Customer: Display of the customer name.
Notes: Display of the WIP header text.
Contact: Display of the WIP customer name.
Number: Display of the WIP customer contact number.
Incident: Display of the Incident management number.
Clicking the - Technician button collapses the Technician Global view and displays Technician Global View form.
