Incident Management Menu

The Incident Management Menu is displayed when you select the Incident management option from the Main Menu. This module allows you to input details of an incident (eg. roadside breakdown, accident) recording details of known vehicle/customer/company or creating new records in CRM where necessary.

Incident Management: This option will display incident specific to the location held on user details, within system utilities, management menu. If this is set, then the user will only see incident within their branch/depot. Allows you to input details of an incident (e.g. roadside breakdown, accident) for known vehicles/customer/companies, or to create new ones.

Incident Management (All Areas): This option will display all incidents in all locations. Allows you to input details of an incident at a management level. (e.g. roadside breakdown, accident) for known vehicles/customer/companies, or to create new ones. (Locations are held within system utilities, management menu.)

Reports and Enquiries Menu: Enables you to create edit or delete reports or run enquiries within Incident Management, using various existing data files.

Miscellaneous Options Menu: Allows you to input incident types, event types and incident statuses required when creating an incident.

System Maintenance Menu: Enables you to update and maintain incident data.
