The Incident Management Menu is displayed when you select the Incident management option from the Main Menu. This module allows you to input details of an incident (eg. roadside breakdown, accident) recording details of known vehicle/customer/company or creating new records in CRM where necessary.
Prevent/allow access: This option allows you to prevent access, you can stop new users from entering Incident Management.
File usage statistics: This option allows you to monitor the usage of their files within the given module.
Reset in use flags: This option enables users to un-lock a part of the system. If exited the module illegally.
Verify files: This option verifies the database structure of all files used by Incident Management .
Archive consolidate incidents: This option enables users to archive incidents this is set within your system parameters
System parameters: This option enables users to define and set controls for the system.
