Checking File Usage Statistics

This option provides you with a grid of the state of usage of the files in the Sales Ledger module and indicates if any are becoming too full.

To access the file usage statistics for Sales Ledger:

1. From the Autoline Master Menu, select the Sales Ledger module.

   The SALES LEDGER Main Menu is displayed.

2. Select the System maintenance option.

   The SL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE Menu is displayed.

3. Select the File usage statistics option.

   The File Usage Statistics form is displayed.
