The Incident Management Menu is displayed when you select the Incident management option from the Main Menu. This module allows you to input details of an incident (eg. roadside breakdown, accident) recording details of known vehicle/customer/company or creating new records in CRM where necessary.
Incident types: Allows you to create and define incident type, possibly attaching RTS codes for when the WIP is created within Points-of-Sale.
Event types: Allows you to create and define events with anyone incident, this will display a line by line of what has happen at different stages of the incident.
Incident statuses: Allows you to allocate a status to an incident, to marked what priority the incident would be.
